1. Returns Policy
We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- The product must be returned with all original tags, labels, and accessories.
- Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
Non-returnable items:
- Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Products on sale or with a special discount may not be eligible for return, unless otherwise stated.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:

- We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
- Please ensure the item is packed securely to prevent damage during return shipping.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped.
3. Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned product.
- If you paid via credit card or other electronic methods, please note that it may take a few extra days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.
- Refunds will be for the purchase price of the item only. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as sending the wrong product or a defective item.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will offer you a full refund or replacement, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
Please provide clear images of the damage or defect for quicker processing.
5. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.
6. Late Returns
We cannot accept returns after the 30-day period has passed. If you miss the return window, unfortunately, we will not be able to process a refund or exchange.
